with chaffle bread and compound butter.
Leftover soup with spicy pulled pork.

Cauliflower is a great vegetable. I don't know why I never thought to make mock potato salad with it. Thanks for the idea.

pan fried (ultra-low heat, 25 minutes) New York thin-cut boneless steak (x2). nothing with it.

Sort of a birthday and Christmas dinner extravagance. I'm living large a bit in my dotage, I guess.

Delirium very much lessened, stability still a problem but severe vertigo has ended.

I had a rack of ribs that were so fatty I was barely able to eat them. what a waste. The little I had was good but I won't be buying those again
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Big freaking salad. Pre-shredded lettuce mix. Snow peas. Portobella mushrooms. Lots of scallions. Extra sharp provolone. Shaved ham. Covered in Wegman's creamy bacon salad dressing. (I didn't have any tomatoes, or they would have been in the mess.)
