The sauce was fine but not good. I don't buy alredo very often but I should probably experiment with different brands. I think this one was Prego.

Bottled alfredo sauce? "Come on man" (Joe Biden) that's is lazy. Alfredo is almost as easy to make as opening the jar and it would be hard to make it any less than restaurant quality delicious.

How do you do them?

I’ve had a rack in the freezer for a while that I’ve been meaning to cook.

Pull the membrane off the back, trim any flap meat and square the ends. Rub with any commercial rub, or make your own. If you are using a charcoal grill, set it up for indirect. If you are using a gasser, turn on the far burner and leave the others off. (If you are using your home oven, set it for 250.) Meat on the cold side of the grill. On the heat at 225-275 until the meat pulls back from the bones, or a thermometer reads 200 or so between the bones. Usually 4-6 hours. These were really thick, they took 5 1/2 hours. When they’re done, paint them with sauce and let them go another 15 minutes, to set the glaze.

And never boil them. If you boil your ribs, the terrorists win.
