For chicken, you don't get browning if you don't preheat and browning equals taste. Baked goods, absolutely necessary, but I don't normally eat those anyway. My wife had the brisket sandwich and said it is the best BBQ we have had since moving to Florida. We have probably tried 10 different places so far. It was real BBQ, lots of smoke on the meat.  At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |

Correct, one in Jacksonville area and one in Daytona area. I was in Daytona. Big gas station. It has 120 pump handles. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent. |
