OK, lets see how consistent you are. You want bad behavior to not affect your insurance costs. So, gay sex spreads AIDS. Will you accept that we ban gay sex to lower your insurance costs? And gay sex to AIDS is far more direct correlation than eating a few cookies.

So, are you willing to tell gays to knock it off because they are making bad decisions?

No because bans do not work and encourage continuing the behavior in an illegal and unsafe manner.

I do think a resposible sex tax credit is a good incentive to prevent unsafe sex as well as mandatory STI testing every year to be eligable for the credit.

Straight sex incurs far more medical costs than gay sex (if you count pregnancies and related care as a medical cost)....

China does have some pluses such as surveillance systems that encourage good behavior and track personal actions.

I am not against such a systems, casinos do the exact same system of behavior tracking within the property. A government version of this could be good for society.

Also, I never said banning food, I said taxing unhealthy food which many cities already do on a local level, but it is ineffective, because people just leave the city limits to stock up on soda....
