Not a fun thing to do. Good luck!

We stacked our garage full and used a friend’s 6’x12’ box trailer (chained to a tree to discourage theft). Maybe you find someone with a similar trailer and make a deal.

The only furniture left in the house was our bed and TV. All closets, cabinets, and drawers empty. We moved it to the living room and then back in place once the bedroom was done. There were nights we fell asleep before the renovation team left.

We did floors and redid counters with granite throughout the house. It is great, but it was a mess!

We did a major reno in our house, everything but the 2 spare bedrooms, and lived in it through out which was almost a year. Slept in our corner bedroom one night with the 2 outside wall just clear plastic and a double 2x4 holding up that corner of the house. Took a chain saw to a piece of the kitchen counter with a cabinet and the sink and temporarily plumbed in the sink in what would end up as the dining room. That was our kitchen for most of the year..
