Yeah, okay, you go ahead and live in your world of illusion where you actually matter. In the meantime, I am going to maintain my acquaintanceship with reality, thank you.

You have to agree that testing an all time historic price low (2020) is based upon reality.

It's normal for stocks to test their previous lows.

I know; that's why I won't bet against that in a short-term bet. That said, I don't think this is going to be the catalyst, but coincidence could have it that there is a different catalyst that could cause such an event. Similar to 2020, it would likely be unrelated to anything the company did, on direct.

The good news is, since you won't live to see it, you'll never know for certain that you're wrong.

I'm just astounded that you think that you, and those similar to you, matter to the company. This entire continent could quit buying their products and they would, easily, continue to operate both profitably and as a going concern.

The price of their stock can drop anytime and test the 2020 low.

That'd be about $60B in profit for bears that realize their mistake.

For them going belly-up, it might take 5 years or so.

I am willing to put a sizable bet on that not happening. We're going to have to agree on what, "Belly-up," means.

You probably already realize that I'm too smart (not something I get to say often) to make any bet related to short-term price fluctuations. I think 2020 should have dispelled anyone making such a bet for any reason.

Take a long position in BUD then.

Belly-up is like what happened to other firms like Lehman, Bear Stearns, Sears, K-Mart, MCI, etc.

There's a slew of them.

When a capitalistic firm incorporates socialism, their cost structure is at a major disadvantage.

For BUD to do this, means they're likely in deep do-do.

It looks like they're desperate.

I'll see what I can find out.

Can someone summarize in one paragraph what Bud did that makes DG think it will go bankrupt? Did they have a commercial with a trans person drinking one?

What long position? I don't anticipate that Bud is necessarily going to outpace the broader market, either. I don't think they will go out of business. That is my position; other than that, I have no position on AB InBev.

I wondered if it was being censored so I did a search.

At least NBC, NY Post, and Fox News show up.

Can search for "Dylan and Budweiser".

I was just stating if you want to incorporate betting that there is no better way than to take a position in the stock.

I don't even think there is a novelty play that would allow me to get even money that they aren't out of business in five years...and I've seen people (usually novices who lost @$$) take positions that I couldn't even comprehend what they wanted to have happen.
