My favorite episode of The Original Twilight Zone is A Nice Place To Visit. Rocky dies while fleeing Cops after doing a Murder and a Robbery. The Cops shoot him multiple times as he is fleeing (Seems like something they'd do today) and he dies but appears to be alive just a few seconds later. A man named Pip appears to him claiming to be his Guide. Rocky is understandably suspicious and skeptical but seems to let his guard down when Pip takes him to a luxurious apartment and gives him a lot of money. Then some busty, beautiful Woman shows up and seductively dances for him and with him. Pip tells Rocky he died when he was shot by the Cops. Rocky was given sharp suits, money, a beautiful woman, beautiful apartment , booze. He assumes he is in Heaven like most People would assume in his position. He assumes Pip is his Guardian Angel and Pip just answers,"Something like that." At one point, Pip gives him fancy food and Rocky is happy at first and about to eat but offers Pip some of the food but Pip declined, saying he doesn't eat anymore. Rocky is understandably suspicious and skeptical and accuses Pip of trying to poison him. He shoots Pip multiple times but none of the bullets effect Pip. Rocky is understandably stunned. He realizes that Pip is already dead and so is he.

Rocky goes to a Casino and wins at Roulette and Slots and is ecstatic. He has beautiful Women hanging out with him. He is happy. He even gets to bully a Police Officer IIRC. He asks Pip what got him into Heaven and they look at his Records and all of his deeds are bad things such as,"Slaughtered a small dog at 6, robbed a toy store at 7, at 8 organized a street gang. He is confused that none of these things are good. He wonders how he got into heaven with only bad deeds. He assumes God isn't bothered by his bad deeds(Really stupid assumption) and leaves the hall of records.

Soon after, he is seen bored when he wins every single time he gambles and gets tired of the beautiful Women. He breaks down and admits to Pip that winning all the time, the beautiful Women, getting every single thing he ever wanted is driving him crazy and he is sick of it and Heaven and implies he wants to go to Hell. Pip implies he is already in hell and Rocky looks horrified and shocked. Pip laughs evilly. Rod Sterling says something like,"Henry Francis "Rocky," Valentine. A scared, angry man who never got a break. Now he has everything he ever wanted and has to live with it for an eternity."

Really good episode. Definitely my favorite. :)
Alec Baldwin's gun should have been CGI. Would have prevented the tragedy. Facts.

He should have known it was not Heaven when he saw them installing the triple-0 roulette wheel.

That's a good gambling related Twilight Zone episode too. A Critic surmised that Franklin was susceptible to being a Gambling Addict because he was so incredibly upright and against gambling. Sad ending though and other Twilight Zone Fans have said they are basically Franklin except for the Gambling Addiction killing them. It's a good episode on Gambling Addiction. Franklin and Rocky have opposite views of Gambling. Rocky is the recreational gambler, Franklin is the addicted Gambler.

I've always liked the one from the first season where the astronaut crew who was in hypersleep (or whatever its called) crash and think they are on a foreign planet, and proceed to kill each other to survive, but the last one alive crosses the mountains and they are just in the Nevada Desert and no time has passed at all.

That would be really messed up! O.O. Reminds me of a movie where a man feels he and is Coworkers are going to die by some bad thing, so he kills them all and is just about to commit suicide and a rescue team comes to take them home right after he kills all his Coworkers. So messed up! O.O

"I shot an arrow into the air, it fell to Earth I knew not where."

Practical joke perpetrated by Mother Nature and a combination of improbable events. Practical joke wearing the trappings of nightmare, of terror, and desperation. Small, human drama played out in a desert 97 miles from Reno, Nevada, U.S.A., continent of North America, the Earth and, of course, the Twilight Zone.

The episode Queen Of The Nile is pretty good too. Ann Blyth (Who is still alive at 95, impressive) plays a character who is timeless. She looks about 36 and it is implied she is actually Cleopatra. Her elderly looking "Mother" is actually her daughter which was bound to have shocked people in the 1960's. I watched this episode recently and I thought,"This is basically like The Age Of Adeline of the 1960's. LMAO! :D
