OTOH, the Democrat Party openly says skin color is important in hiring and college admissions. Democrats are the ones who openly say minorities are not as capable so need their help.

Democrats are still racists.

The GOP are the ones who want to keep blacks from voting. The GOP are the ones who want to repeal laws protecting civil rights.
