They won't vote for a loud mouth atheist for POTUS either, but that doesn't mean it's a good thing. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

I tell you society doesn't think a vocal atheist would be an acceptable POTUS and you can't even bother to address the point. Just step in the line that says "I'm okay with being defined as a loser" where you belong. You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? Really? |

Why would I care if he's an atheist or not. Atheism is not a religion, it's the lack of one. Atheists don't stick up for or defend other atheists, we aren't in some kind of club.. I have a couple atheist friends and we never talk about atheism because it's boring. Like we don't talk about why we don't collect stamps either. If you take a risk, you may lose. You don't have to be in a club to be treated like you are in the club. If you are an atheist, and someone discriminates against atheists, then you aren't exempt by saying you aren't in a club. That atheism is the absence of a god and doesn't need a club is relevant to arguing why atheism isn't like a religion but not to how it may be used against you in some cases. An atheist joyful that a gay man wouldn't be acceptable as POTUS is like a toad laughing at another toad for being a lowly toad. The toad laughing is the stupid one.
