I don't know about other cities, but NYC is required by state law, to provide shelter for them. Since the shelters are nearly full, the city will rent additional expensive hotel rooms for them at taxpayer expense.

I really wonder what is with some of these young girls. If you watch "Hot Girls Wanted" it shows how they show up to film porn videos, hoping to be the breakout star. And while I feel sorry for this one, part of me wants to ask her what was she thinking when she accepted this offer? We are not talking about a guy who said he needed tons of waitresses at his restaurant with good tips or some other legit job. That is how they got the prostitutes in the real life Gem Saloon shown on the show "Deadwood."

oh yeah, I meant she was still young enough that she wanted to believe rather than go with any sense of doubt she might have had with more experience to avoid that character.
