I know that doesn't deal directly with the pregnancy issue, but I suppose you could add a place for a signature.



Not difficult at all to prove in Court - serve a Summons seeking an Order of Filiation along with a request for a DNA test.

An escort's "career" has nothing to do with whether she is entitled to child support - it might become an issue of custody if it can be shown her job as an escort will negatively impact the child - other than that, the law does not care if the woman is an escort and became impregnated as a result of it (just like whether or not she poked a hole in the condom is of no consequence - you will be ordered to pay child support)

Finally, merely having a photo of them smiling is meaningless - someone could have been out of camera range pointing a gun at her head.

In the case of celebrities it would be harder to argue that they would do that kind of premeditated rape. Celebrities are more often accused of the kind of rape that comes from feelings of entitlement.

But you are correct that nothing is 100%.

Hello everyone,

My first post here.

Howard Hughes, had gorgeous women living in hotels--just waiting around for his possible visit. He used to have them sign some kind of release. I think Hughes' last public appearance was about 1958.

Anytime a gang banger was shot women would come out the woodwork claiming his illegitimate children. At the time, late eighties, the thinking in the courts was pretty much that the father is the father and it doesn't matter why.


If I'm not mistaken, there have been men who have been raising a child thought to be theirs. Later DNA test proves he's not the father. Courts have ruled that he is still obligated to continue in the roll of provider since the child has acclimated to this arrangement and the child's welfare overrides paternity.

I read he would have one of his handlers approach women he was interested in to meet him, yes signed a release. They said he would be standing around looking like someone should give him a free bowl of soup. And over half the time he didn't even bother to show up, still sent a gift.

Hi AZDuffman

It was at your suggestion that I decided to join DT. Yeah, Hughes was quite a rascal. I think he wanted to marry Gene Tierney at one point. I should have googled that before I said it. But no matter. I think that's true, and good gossip if it isn't. I read the book Citizen Hughes a few years ago. Good read.

Just checked and we're the only ones here right now. I was just reading up on Hughes, Jean Simmons, Gene Tierney. Tierney write a wonderful autobiography, Self Portrait.

The escort will more than likely be on her own birth control. The use of the condom is to prevent STDs. They know condoms leak.
