Frankly, I don't see it. I can imagine a central battery for a house, but it seems to me that having individual batteries for every item in the home is so much more difficult than having wiring that it will never happen except in specialized cases. I could imagine a historic 19th century home that you wouldn't want to muck up by adding wiring, but for a new home around 1200 sq.ft. the cost of wiring ranges between $3500-$8000. |

The reward for each of the donors is partial ownership of the beautiful property in western France (roughly 100 miles inland from the Atlantic Ocean)." https://www.msn.com/en-us/lifestyle/whats-hot/nearly-8000-strangers-now-co-own-this-13th-century-french-chateau/ar-BBGgPik?li=BBmkt5R&ocid=spartanntp You believe in an invisible god, and dismiss people who say they are trans? And this is why it was only $600K. The inside looks like this. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Having a fixed bridge makes a mockery of the magnificent moat around the castle :) And what's with the trees growing inside the walls? Donald Trump is a one-term LOSER |

I don't see how buying AND restoration is only $600K. It will have to be the crappiest resto possible, that's a $3mil job if there ever was one. To do it right. Highclere Castle, where they shoot Downton, has done millions in resto since the show started. Almost a mil just on the roof alone. This whole castle in France, $600K purchase and resto? Who's doing it, the carpenters from Green Acres, Alf and Ralph? Examine the pic. It has trees and bushes growing inside the caste and out thru the windows! The floors inside are all dirt, that's why. Or decay so bad things grow in it. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

50% of a castles value comes from the furnishings and construction inside. This castle has none of that, it just has the falling apart facade. That's why nobody wanted it. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |
