The idea that signs are not needed any more because "we already know", by that logic should warning labels be removed from cigarettes and alcohol?
Of course your answer will be no. If there is still health implications to not social distancing, and the state mandates that they be posted, a political campaign should not remove them to make a cleaner tv look.

Why not? If you do not know cigarettes are bad for you is a warning really going to stop you? When Canada introduced the "graphic" was trying to collect them all.

They just slap warnings on anything and everything. They are meaningless. Sunshade for your windshield says not to drive the car while it is in place. It should be obvious vaping carries dangers.

Tell the lawyers. They're the ones who think the fact that some people (clients) are idiots is actionable. Of course, it sometimes is. We had a few small claims things at the hotel, of course, a representative of the business (at least, in that state) can represent the property in small claims...you'd be amazed at some of the cases I saw the plaintiffs win in my research.

If you want to be completely cynical about it, all the warnings are there to protect the manufacturer from being sued no matter how dumb they may seem.

Other countries took this seriously. No govt wants to be infected

The USA did not take it seriously and our govt is now getting infected, especially republicans

I agree there, just saying we do not need warning signs on social distancing. Reminds me of when Bush43 was in office and some flu was going around normal winter flu and someone in the press mentioned he did not mention to cover your mouth when you cough. His reply was "people know that!"

If I am going to a huge rally I do not expect social distancing. No sane person would.
