Gender "identity" is hogwash. We had a name for this ind of person in my day, starts with "P" and seeing their behavior today I have no reason to change that view.

Let's say it's all just a false belief. I still don't care. As long as someone doesn't claim double their rights.

Generally, that shouldn't be a problem though. For instance if you carve out a special right for pregnant women to have time off, and men to have time off if their wife is pregnant, then one person shouldn't be able to choose both of those at different times to have more time off. Gender neutral should have no extra time. Just one serving of either.

Take a shot every time Duffman is losing a science argument and randomly pivots to his completely off topic “TWO GENDERS!!!!!” fallback.

Are you good with biological men competing with biological women in sports?
The Super Heavy Weight real women in Japan should refuse to start the compentition,
tell the Olympics to award the gold to the Gavin Hubbard without requiring a single lift
and then have the rest of them lift for the Silver.
Better yet, simply walk out of the arena when it's Gavin's "turn" to lift.

Can I "identify" as black and apply for affirmative action programs for black owned businesses to gain government contracts?
How about checking the "black" race box so I can be evaluated for Harvard & Yale using the "Black Applicant's" criteria.
Because we all know those hurdles to admission are lower, in the name of "soft bigotry of low expectations", I mean diversity.

You can't change your biological sex or your biological race.
"Gender" is just another name for your biological sex.
To claim otherwise is just a lie and if you want to lie to yourselves, have at it, it's a free country.
But don't expect me to believe your lie or change how I or legal rules in this country apply to you based on your lie.
You want to live in a pretend world, have at it. I just won't be joining you in it.

I'm all about merit. If a woman can qualify to to be lineman in the NFL, let her.

This is obviously alarming to some people, but it's actually less about true competition, than recording sports records. Perhaps some in the gender community will fight against it but I'm fine with asterisks on sports records. Barry Bonds record gets one for steroids. Transgender gets a an asterisk. Games played under different rules today, than before receive asterisks.

As long as it isn't obvious someone changed their sex ID at just the the right time just to gain advantage. A court can rule on that if it's really an issue just like other fraud. Obviously, someone shouldn't be able to change willy nilly back and forth easily. If you change as a woman to get that business advantage, you better be prepared to play the role for years. Just like people faking back pain for workers comp. You can't just get away with it for that day.

Not that I really care, but I talked about the idea that at least with gender we come from two genders. So everyone has a relationship to gender which is why gender identity could be an issue for the whole human race potentially as no one is ruled out. But if you do go black you can't go back, IMO.

How you make some remote connection to some distant ethinic/race the same way is not as easy. I guess you could go the whole Adam & Eve route.

I’ll take this one. There is no way to say the vaccine is 100% safe. It is quite easy to say being vaccinated is safer than not being vaccinated. Anyone who disagrees probably thinks 6:5 BJ is superior to 2:1, because 6 is bigger than 2.
