This is about people of sound mind.

If they are senile they cannot make this choice. Senile people should not be voting as they are unable to make a clear decision.

Just admit it that mail in voting is to allow voter fraud.

Maybe argue what the law is, instead of what you think it is. Sometimes the right to vote can be challenged, but you are not automatically excluded by dementia.

If a person is declared incompetent the court could automatically scrub from the polls.

Poll workers do a basic evaluation. Same as I have to do as a notary at a signing. If it looks wrong you stop it pending investigation.
