Poopypants Administration is now trying to destroy Joe Manchin by saying he's destroying democracy. So by actually upholding democracy and voting in favor of the American people that is somehow destroying America. This horrendous bill, this huge bill, began being written when Obama was still president. Hillary was supposed to sign it into law but then came The Donald. This was supposed to be another Obamacare Bill where to know what's in it to you have to not read it and just vote for it. That didn't happen this time. Some Democrats actually read it and we're appalled. Remember when every other sentence out of Captain Poopypants mouth and wicked witch Pelosi was that this bill was not going to cost the American people one dime? That it was free? Since the government budget office came out and said not only is it not free it's going to cost the taxpayers 4.9 trillion dollars, you don't hear that anymore do you. That it's free, like anybody believe that crap for 1 minute. Even CNN didn't believe it.

The only reason people will tune in to speeches is to track & evaluate the magnitude of his gaffs.
And to see if he fell off stage as he wandered away from the podium with that glazed "where do I go now?" look in his eyes.

I'm just playing the numbers---a huge percentage of Trump's overall following, particularly the most fervent of his following, are Evangelical Christians. It's certainly not to the surprise of me that they would use Christmas gifts to make a political statement, after all, they've already made the entire thing commercial.

For my part, I was already mostly indifferent other than having to listen to everybody cry about the situation. One of the things I lambasted the Far Left on is that I was sick of them crying about Trump being POTUS and the whole, "Not my President," thing. Much like Biden, Trump won fair and square (2016), so my stance on it was just to vote him out next time around---which they did. They could have done it without all the whining, though.

With the Far Right, you have a combination of whining and denying reality---the reality that Trump lost according to the rules. Once again, it's no surprise to me that the Far Right, made up largely of Evangelical Christians, would deny reality when one considers that the most central element of their personal philosophies is the denial of reality.

Why should they want him out of office? If the Democrats have any chance in 2024, it'll be because the Leftist agenda didn't get done. If the Leftist economic agenda had gotten done in this term, they would have been screwed next time around.

Do you really think most politicians want to accomplish anything? The fight gives them a selling point. How else could you explain minimum wage having never been indexed to inflation? If you did index it, then there would be nothing for the two sides to argue about vis-a-vis minimum wage anymore as both pretend to want to do what is best for the country.

Who gives a %^*$ about what a stupid dog is doing?
