They already do. "Pro-life" extremists have been on a killing and violence rampage against abortion clinics since the 70s (probably before), without even getting into graffiti or harassment. But, now they play the victim after decades of killing because they got a couple incidents of graffiti. Nobody is saying graffiti is right or good, but its such a copout to play the victim. |

I didn't say it was not a big deal or okay, its drastically less of a big deal than the tactics used by the other side. |

What page(s) say that since you found it in there? Never mind… found it. His point seems to be that cases decided in ways that don’t follow the Constitution should possibly be reconsidered. Wow. How horrid. A Supreme Court Justice believing in following Constitution. Literally doing their job. That does not mean, as today’s ruling does not mean, that something becomes illegal just because it is not found to be a “right”…. Many things we can do are not rights granted in the Constitution. |
