IF. IF 10% switch, yes it would be a huge majority for Trump. I’d surmise les than 1/10 of 1% will switch because of this. This is not a change for Biden or Democrats. Those who want to not vote for Biden ALREADY are not voting for Biden. This issue changes nothing, in my opinion. I think the ‘ROEvember’ bump for Biden is in getting women who were pro Biden but wouldn’t have cared enough to vote, to now come out and vote.

But there is no way, even after the election is over, to know if you are right or if I am.

Protection for LBGTQ+ is not going to move the needle. The locker room and other "who can enter" issues will have to play themselves out before they move the needle. The thing that didn't get included in this round is this:

That part would have changed some minds, but It is a lot tougher to fight a rule that may be in a future change than it is one that is actually in place. There is no actual proof that it is going to be made later, so it comes down to convincing people that it is going to happen if Biden is re-elected.

People should expect the trans issues to be settled in courts or by congressional legislation at some point. I say "settled" not solved. Anything pushed by one man isn't going to do it.
