Sadly, the popular vote has no bearing on the Presidential election. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

So if the polls say he's running neck and neck with Heels-Up in reality he's actually far ahead of her. The people who actually vote for Trump are never polled because the pollsters have no idea how to contact them. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

Not true. They say if you can win the popular vote by 3% or greater you will win the electoral college. But that hardly ever happens. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

There are many scenarios where that is not true. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

I know, but it does show the view of the country. If a President wins the electoral college, but their opponent received 59% of the popular vote, they technically won, but they did not win the hearts of the nation. |

LOL!!!!!!!! ‘Hearts of a nation’!!!! I know lots of people who will be vomiting while voting for Trump. And as many that will be puking while voting for Harris. Their votes are more against one side than for the other. Neither is close to winning ‘the hearts of the nation’. They are both bad candidates. Bad in very different ways. Trump is an imbecile. And Harris is a Democrat. |

Trump won the primary overwhelmingly, so I don't know what Republican will be vomiting when voting for him. Harris is overwhelmingly popular (yes not a formal primary yadayda....) The idea that most of their respective parties are against this candidates is incorrect. Hence why my contention is nationwide, Democrats are more popular. Candidates do not matter, party loyalty is everything. Democrats will get more popular votes, if you do not agree, you are living in fantasy land. Republicans may still win because of an absurd system that prioritizes land over actual people. |

In this case, it would just mean the middle of the country would get no say while the two coasts elect the Prez I can't help but notice Liberals always assume a current condition that is in their favor will always hold. So that the two coasts vote the way they like it now, that'll always be the case ?? they seem to think so. But then long term outlook is not a strength for Lefties, who in the end often visit the guillotine themselves I'm Still Standing, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah [it's an old guy chant for me] |

In 2020, Donny got more votes in California than he did in Florida or Texas. “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |
