Vance is extremely unlikable and being forced to double down on positions and weird statements that he obviously does not agree with will be terrible (which he will undoubtably do in the most awkward way possible.) And Waltz, is very charismatic, and seems genuine. Waltz will absolutely pummel him (in a very kind and polite way.) |

Wow, I don't consider myself an intellectual lightweight and I have not decided on who I will vote for. There is one candidate that I will not be voting for, but that leaves about 250 million other American s that I can vote for. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |

Welcome to America No doubt they will be a great asset to this country What issue do you have with them? I think it is about skin color for Trumpers What else is there? I see absolutely no reason to hate them I hear their church services are boisterous No doubt the Haitian community is filled with hard workers. I'm foreign born and always outworked the natives. If they were from Ireland, would you be OK with that? No matter how hard-working they are, they're not going to be qualified for any other than menial jobs. What happens with second generation immigrants from these conditions is well known to produce severe social problems, even if the first generation are just grateful people. Well known. Even Ed knows this. A good policy for a country to have about immigration is to take the cream of the crop from various countries, trained doctors, engineers and such. If it is the duty of first world countries to also help alleviate poverty of other countries, then the right policy is to take in small numbers that can assimilate. Remember when the Irish were considered little better than dogs by those who got here before them? Immigrants arrive with hopes and dreams, for the most part, compared to many of the "locals" who are jaded and, let's face it, lazy and unwilling to work as hard. Keep 'em coming... |
