I worked for several companies that outgoing mail packages was pre sorted by zip code when given to the post office

This can surely, only be described as a 'stunt' by any observer from whichever side. Straight out of a playbook where 'no-publicity is bad publicity'

Also, it must be obvious that this idea came straight out of drumph's own head, By drumph's own admission, he was trying to highlight a recent gaffe by Biden, but he seemed to not recognise that he was equally reminding everyone of Tony Hinchcliffe's outrageous slur against Puerto Rico, which was read from a GOP teleprompter at a drumph rally. A 'Joke' that surely represented drumph's and GOP's official opinion of Puerto Rico, and by extension, its voters.

So drumph may just have failed to see the counterproductive nuance and tactical error in his own stunt.
