What % of these illegals here are paying federal income tax? What % of these illegals here will pay for their medical care when I send them a bill? What % of these illegals require far more government services than corresponding legally here people? What % are being housed on our dime? Educated on our dime? Fed on our dime?

If we need workers to clean toilets, then let’s allow enough workers in LEGALLY to clean those toilets. Making an excuse for people who commit the CRIME of cutting the line and entering ILLEGALLY can never be the answer.

You miss the main point. They start as criminals. There are those who have applied through the proper channels to work here. The illegals just said, f… them. Why should I care if there is someone in a queue ahead of me? That’s how they start their American journey. Start as a criminal, finish as a criminal.
I like LEGAL immigrants. I have been involved in hiring literally hundreds of them over the course of my career.

I would like to see a survey of illegal immigrants and find out if they were getting news that the border was wide open from rightwing news coming from the US.

That's what Fox and other riightwing news has been blasting out every day for 4 years.

Why wouldn't the border be overflowing. It was an advertisement. "Come here" "It's wide open" "You' will be let go" "Governors will give you further transportation across the US"

It's like the guy on Craigslist who has his address advertised as "Everything must go" And people came and took everything. Except he didn't know anything about it.
