You should actually read what you post. The word allegedly was in your OP. I hope you are consistent with how you want to handle psychotic people. Obviously that list is crap. Those might be the most dangerous based per capita but not the most dangerous. At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a deterrent. |
