Diversity is only racism if it goes well beyond the point of putting people in positions they were formerly excluded from by custom or law in much greater numbers than was reasonably compensatable. It's similar to the argument that lying is always wrong by some people. NO IT ISN'T! And the example for that is, it wasn't wrong to argue that people hiding Anne Frank morally should lie with a clear and moral conscious to the Nazis.

Same reason it was right for Germany and Japan to pay reparations for years after world war 2 and people who weren't even born yet bore some of that cost.
