Based on the logic you show on your posts here your idea of "passing the bar" means walking past if Happy Hour is over.

What I have done since school far overshadows anything I did there. Only snooty types cite their education credentials after age 30, unless they are in academia or maybe a physician.

That you had to ask makes your legal knowledge suspect. Were you not around in the early 2000s when they held people down there that were not POWs but not a civilian arrest? Gitmo gives value of being able to get rid of thugs without left wing lawyers tying things up in the courts for years and years.

Plus they get decent weather.
