Just told you the probable reason.

From the Press briefing

“To help lock up even more criminal illegal aliens, President Trump signed a memorandum this week to detain them at Guantánamo Bay,” she said, explaining that
the action will “expand the migrant Operations Center at Naval Station Guantánamo Bay to full capacity to provide critical extra detention space for high priority criminal illegals.”
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

I only asked because of your ongoing comically lame statement that I graduated from the Univ. of Samoa.

But yeah, I am quite snooty.

LIVE UPDATES
Stock Market Today: Dow drops 250 points, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fall after White House says tariffs on Mexico, Canada, China to begin Saturday

Will the "Trump bump" become the "Trump slump" due to this ham-fisted, idiotic move?

Hello price hikes...greetings, proof that his promise to drive prices / inflation down was just more gaslighting.

Stay tuned to The Trump Channel for the next installment of "As the Stomach Churns."

So finally someone has a plan to add funds to OUR government! Tariffs are taxes. Taxes fund the government. Until we cut spending enough to make a difference, any increase in any taxes is a GOOD thing. We can fool ourselves that a 30+ trillion dollar national debt is ok only for so long.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/federal-employees-told-remove-pronouns-email-signatures-end/story?id=118310483

It looks like pronouns are now banned in email signatures. This is quite crazy. Out of all the odd things I see in Federal signatures, I don't actually recall seeing pronouns (I have seen countless bible quotes and religious propaganda, which I guarantee Trump will not ban....)

Time to repeal the right to collect an income tax and go back to tariffs and excise taxes.

We are not going back to tarriffs only (that was a much different time,) if we repeal the income tax it will be replaced with a national sales tax (and tarriffs,) and probably other things (probably a VAT also.) Which seems to be what some are pushing for.

This combination will destroy the economy and the markets, and shift the tax burden to the lowest class (and by lowest class I don't just mean poverty, I mean even low end millionaires, it would basically only help the super wealthy.) I am perplexed that anyone thinks this is a good idea.

Taxing consumption instead of productivity is a good thing.
