It doesn’t make you happy that I commented on what is in the news in the news thread? There are very few politicians that I admire. Republicans or Democrats. I’m liking Fetterman more than anyone else recently. I’ve liked Paul Ryan from that side of the aisle.

To summarize, both Dems and Repubs do ‘stuff I don’t like’. I just see the Democrats of being insidiously more dangerous to the long term health of the country. Enough agreed that the worst candidate ever beat an average Democrat.

It's nothing short of organized crime.

The crime network is larger than USAID.

The non-MAGA politicians are protecting the hen-house (cash disbursements from the US Treasury).

The Mockingbird media protects them.

Then the politicians get wealthy, governments fall, wars are fought, folks assassinated, elections stolen, etc.

All with taxpayer dollars over and beyond their standard US salaries.


It's a crime ring and needs to be uncovered completely.


I should add, some federal judges are in on protecting the politicians so more info can't be uncovered.

So I'm not sure how Bondi can remove them so all the receipts can be located.

It's possible the Supreme Court needs to become involved on the front-end to help Bondi.

I'd get that paperwork started before they steal another election.

99% of economists and the Wall St Journal are against tarriffs because they hurt the economy yet your hate of Dems turned you into a tarriffs supporter.

I'd guess almost all resistance of financial transparency for taxpayers and the admin, are admissions of guilt.

New York Judge Paul Engelmayer just forbade all political appointees — including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent — from accessing Dept. of Treasury data, all based on Blueanon conspiracy theories!!

Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was EX PARTE — meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned, and couldn't weigh in. Only Democrat Attorneys General were allowed to argue.

The judge cites no law or logic to support this unprecedented order, because it defies both. The judge’s ruling is, in essence, that Scott Bessent simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England.

This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department.

It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances. Instead, only the permanent, deep-state government can know what's being spent.

It means Scott Bessent's subordinates have far more power than Scott Bessent does.

Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars, and will shred it the first chance they get.

For now, the order is only for the next week, but if a court tries to make it permanent the Trump Administration should absolutely consider defying it.

Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again, and every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.

I don't follow politics closely and know little about economic theory, how is it that tariffs hurt the local economy? I would assume that less money spent overseas would equate to more money spent locally which I assume is good for the local economy.

My assumption was that the right thing to do would be to add tariffs on all sales over and above the amount that country purchases from us. In other words keep a balanced trade and only add tariffs on the discrepancy.
