They always use that excuse when they harm the public so they're not held accountable for breaking the laws. Then there are levels of secret classification, such as Q. So even within the Mockingbird, they're not on the same page. |

had nothing to do with the gas cans, but everything to do with fussy, temperamental gasoline engines. That being said, replacement gas spouts widely available on amazon if someone doesn't like the enviro-friendly ones. I just adapted and-literally-went with the flow. |
