I'm well aware of it, and am also well aware of your attempted obfucation.

This is a breaking news item and you wouldn't have known to google it had you not learned of it elsewhere...which of course you did from FOX NEWS

Ergo you didn't learn it from google, you got it intravenously from Fox.

But of course you did.

bwa ha ha ha

Actually heard about it from Steve Turley channel, found it on FNC for you.

Either way, likely very illegal contribution.

OK, thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I still question the basis for the governor accusing them of a crime.

Per the article: "Abbott...(indicated) the fleeing state lawmakers could potentially be in felonious territory if they solicit, accept or agree to accept funds "to assist in the violation of legislative duties or for purposes of skipping a vote."

Is there a federal or Texas statute to that effect?

I mean, wishing doesn't make it so.

Yeah, bribery statutes come to mind. Aiding and abetting fugitives.

Again you show that you are not a libertarian. Trump is not governor of Texas so "he" should not come into it for you. You have taken the liberal side from the beginning on this matter. You refuse to back an inch off of it. And you expect me to accept that you are "independent?" HAR HAR HAR

I think it is silly of the dems to do what they're doing in Texas as it only delays the inevitable, but nobody asked me for my opinion.

Sorry, but I simply cannot see a case being made for "bribery" or for "aiding and abetting fugitives."

What bribe?

What fugitives?

Just silly saber rattling by gov. Maxwell.

Time will tell, eh?

Duffmans' standard is it would be a political prosecution or lawfare. So nothing was done wrong by his own standards.

Paying for their travel, lodging, and probably food. Raising funds to pay their fines for not showing up.

Uh, the ones hiding in another state so they cannot be brought to their capitol to do their job.

If they are not fugitives, why do they hide in another state?

Duffman has a record of stupid claims. I'm just using them against him.

Trump pardon criminals of Jan 6. Easy peasy, These Dems are totally innocent. It's rigged!
