I don't have any firefighter experience, but I'd think a person has to be able to throw a full grown man on their shoulder and be able to walk out of a fire.

Except the feminists got that changed to being able to drag them out. More O2 down by the floor they say. Most men can’t do a fireman carry. Few women can. But DEI more important than lives to some.

This should be the bare minimum of hiring:


Using leverage with the legs.

Then based upon working under pressure and bravery.
