well, you know, they teach them in school now all the black people in prison are there as political prisoners, so Mr. Brown will just be another one of them to those indoctrinated like that

Sounds fake to me. And it's so easy to make a fake now. Unless I saw it on the site itself it doesn't sound believable.

My one shot attempt put The Wizard in place of the Brady Bunch father. And I don't have any particular editing skills for photos.

The image could be faked, though I doubt it. Actually it's just lawyers exploiting the guy [guess who gets the money] so it's almost a given they'd go for it. As you can see, NY Post published it, and they are somewhat careful at least
