Given his seeming underworld ties Trump's actions are not surprising.

Plus, daily, he can barely follow the Constitution.

Please provide me an example for EACH day of the period between September 1st 2025 and today where President Trump "can barely follow the Constitution".

Put up or shut up. ( I know that you cannot do either}

How many of the 475,000 illegals arrested by ICE so far this year were wrongfully arrested and had to be released?

It has nothing at all to do with the Constitution.

Routinely, if a person has outstanding federal or other warrants, local law enforcement holds that prisoner to be taken into custody by police from the other agency. It happens every day. Sometimes they're wanted by foreign law enforcement. MA won't even hold them for a few hours. MA state law requires the release of a prisoner who posts bail, but if that criminal is wanted by federal law enforcement, MA state sanctuary laws deliberately prevent MA law enforcement from cooperating with federal law enforcement, and shield criminals with outstanding Federal warrants from arrest by Federal law enforcement.

And MA still probably has a lower crime rate than wherever you live,

Clearly you haven't a clue how the 4th Amendment and due process works.

Which alleged criminals with active warrants, signed by a judge that meet 4th Amendment requirements did MA release? And no, immigration detainers aren't warrants.

I have to conclude that the oaf pardoned George Santos as part of his campaign of retribution against NYC.

The nattering nabobs in Gotham have exiled Trump, labeling and mocking him for being a fool and he doesn't like it, not one bit.

A petulant child, not a strong leader.

Why would I do all that work for nothing Fleaswat as you've never proven you give a shit anyway?

Quote:
Ignoring. subpoenas: Challenging congressional and state subpoenas for financial records and testimony, raising separation of powers and federalism concerns.
Controlling federal agencies: Using numerous executive orders to centralize power within the executive branch, including dismissing independent officials and board members, which some argued overstepped his authority.
Impoundment of funds: Freezing congressionally appropriated funds, an action challenged in the courts as a violation of the separation of powers.
Defying court orders: His administration has, at times, acted in defiance of court rulings, leading to questions about the administration's respect for the judicial branch.
Use of military: Deploying troops to cities in ways that federal courts have ruled illegal.
Statements and actions during his post-presidency and current candidacy:
Role in January 6th: His actions related to the January 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection led to his second impeachment by the House of Representatives, with accusations of inciting an insurrection and attempting a coup.
Recent policy proposals: During his 2025 campaign, he proposed several policies that have faced legal and constitutional challenges. These include proposals related to immigration, birthright citizenship, and changes to the civil service. For example, an executive order aiming to end birthright citizenship has been met with legal action.
Legal challenges against his actions:
Hundreds of lawsuits: His administration faced an unprecedented number of lawsuits from states, organizations, and individuals challenging his executive actions on constitutional and other legal grounds.
Low win rate: A significant percentage of his administration's legal challenges involving federal agencies were unsuccessful in court.
The legal perspective
Constitutional scholars: Legal scholars have frequently pointed to these actions as part of a larger pattern of challenging constitutional norms and principles, sometimes characterizing them as a "blitzkrieg on the law".

The IRS recently filed notices of a federal tax lien against Republican Sen. Jim Justice of West Virginia — the latest example of ongoing financial troubles that have trailed the former governor, members of his family and their network of businesses over the years.

One of the documents from the IRS — obtained by POLITICO — lists Justice and his wife, Cathy, as having a total balance of more than $8 million in unpaid assessments.
