84 year old, house called a ‘crime scene’, missing! Blood found. Cell phone left behind. She has limited mobility.

It’s a difficult dilemma for the press. They of course want a safe recovery for the lady, and probably felt publishing the facts MAYBE have made it harder for law enforcement. Now the ransom requests are leaking out.

Had discussion last night with wife and friends. I outright said I would NOT want to win a lottery of significant value if I had to be non-anonymous. Worrying that my grandchildren would be kidnap targets is not on my bucket list. Having to hire a security team is not a win.
