I don't know, but seems like something is wrong with a system that could say, even Hitler himself could remain in office until convicted. All he needs is a few converts to foil the removal, even if all the rest don't.

The Senator, like President Trump, has not bee tried for a criminal offense and found guilty. Santos had not been tried yet, but the House voted to expel him. That is a process that both bodies have an can use. So the Senator does not "have to" resign, but he could be kicked to the curb.

Innocent until proven guilty does not mean that the Congress cannot take their own independent action.

I think Trump is the President with more staff, assistants, aides with mugshots. Or soon to be mugshots.

So a tad under 1.5 million ‘asylum seekers’ (LOL) can get through ‘legally’ before the border is closed. Remember, that does NOT include the tens (hundreds?) of thousands who sneak across fully illegally each year.If you wonder how a pathetic candidate like Trump might possibly win, look no further than the border.

I've gotten convinced Biden himself could just be told he is "out" , is not going to be the Dem candidate, and would not put up a fight now. He just does what he is told at this point.

It's Jill and other affected advisors, many [including Jill?] feeling that they are actually the ones who are in power. I'm sure they prove it to themselves all the time

Biden doesn't have a younger man's stamina, so he's going to naturally have poor responses having nothing to do with anything other than being tired.

That' doesn't mean he hasn't decompensated to a certain extent, just that people aren't giving him any leeway for also being actually tired at different times of the day.
