I've gotten convinced Biden himself could just be told he is "out" , is not going to be the Dem candidate, and would not put up a fight now. He just does what he is told at this point.

It's Jill and other affected advisors, many [including Jill?] feeling that they are actually the ones who are in power. I'm sure they prove it to themselves all the time

Jill Biden is the 2nd female US President after Edith Wilson
It is what it is
I have a lot of confidence in Jill

I stand by what I always said, Biden needs to appoint who he really wants as VP for this upcoming election, and still run, and then if he wants to resign (or not even swear in,) he can. But, you have a lot of benefits running as an incumbent that it would be silly to sacrifice. And, then his position can be used to win, and whoever he really wants can take over after resignation.

Maybe he could make Barrack Obama vice president.

It would be really awkward asking Harris to step aside.

Because Barack is not eligible to serve as President again, he is ineligible to be VP. At least according to some lawyers.

It may be an awkward conversation to drop Harris from the ticket, but in politics one day you're in and the next day you could be out. It wouldn't be the first time a VP was dropped from a ticket for reelection. Harry Truman is a famous example.

This is how Italy is covering Joe Biden. The headline reads:
"Long pauses, eyes closed, weak voice: Biden and new doubts about health, at the G7"

What else is new, we see it everyday. We see it so often we're used to it.
The guy who wrote the Time Magazine article said that following Captain poopy pants into the Oval Office, he walked slowly and stiffly and talked so softly he could barely hear him, he closed his eyes so long sometimes he thought he was asleep. I thought he was describing my father-in-law because this describes him perfectly. Except I knew my father-in-law was asleep and I guarantee you so is Biden.
If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose.

Harris will continue to be VP
No way Biden switches out a woman of color for a white male. Ain't happening
Harris is being teed up for 2028
