It's not him as much as it is his Nut Job staff that is pulling all this crap. Joe Biden doesn't know what day of the week it is and he'll say anything that his staff writes down for him to say. A new Amendment needs to be passed by 38 states and last time they tried the ERA it was only passed by 35 states years ago.. He has a bunch of 20 something Pinhead liberals on his staff, maybe they think the ERA really did pass. They are that ignorant.

The thing is after the 50s or do they put expiration dates on amendments so they could not be picked up off the table decades later like Biden is claiming happened here. No need for the ERA anymore except so lawyers can lawfare places for a payday.

Anybody else following these tell all books written by staffers in the Joe Biden administration. Obama never wanted camel face to run because he said she would lose. Joe Biden completely blew it when he announced it and everybody behind the scenes was infuriated. Now you got staffers who saw Joe Biden every day saying the guy was totally out of it during the campaign. Half the time he was befuddled and confused and didn't know where he was. The other half of the time he was asleep. It's hilarious to watch clips from that time. Of all the people coming out saying that Biden was sharp as a tack, just as sharp as he was 40 years ago. When the exact opposite was true. And they're just getting started wait till the really good stuff comes out.
