I think that might be a little off base. The abortion may be the preferable choice for the pregnant woman, but not necessary. BTW, I am pro abortion.

As far as I’m concerned, the whole question is not really what a woman is but whether someone is allowed to believe what they want. And then how you fit their rights into the equation with everyone else. We do this with everyone. More than a few times we can’t reconcile one person’s perceived rights with another’s or our current laws. Some Native Americans couldn’t use peyote. Sometimes a child of a Jehovah Witness can be forced to get a blood transfusion. We try to fit someone’s attire into a workplace environment and sometimes we can’t do it for safety reasons. Wearing loose clothing on near different machines is an accident waiting to happen. We allow atheists to be conscientious objectors sometimes.

People who insist their way of life is based on only facts are consistently wrong almost every time. Either try to make way for trans people or be a clueless bigot, IMO. No one said we have to have a perfect solution. It will be as imperfect as the rest of such solutions.

I suppose you're also going to argue the Sun revolves around the Earth, that heavier objects fall faster due to gravity, that there are only 4 elements, that blood ebbs and flows like the tides, that acquired characteristics can be passed down through genetics, that the Black Plague was transmitted through miasma, and that, if sexually assaulted, a women's body has ways to "shut the whole thing down".
