So yes, Doctor Dumbo, it is a matter of objective fact Obama in fact "didn’t start giving out free phones which literally are referred to as Obama Phones", because the program was in existence for several years before he took office, and longer than that for landlines. A 30 second google search would've made you look less stupid.
