Those prosecutors actually got a conviction that was upheld on appeal. They did their job, and followed the evidence. Got a problem with that?

As long as you say the same thing after Letitia James, Adam Schiff, John Bolton, James Comey, Fani Willis are convicted, I’ll agree with you. Looks like those investigating/prosecuting them are ‘following the evidence’.

(I’m only expecting James to actually be convicted amongst the group, and will enjoy it immensely).

Well, Comey has dared Halligan to tell him and the court-in her own court filing under the pains and penalties of perjury-what they think was his false testimony.

As for James, there appears to be exculpatory evidence that was not presented to the grand jury.

John Bolton is just stupid for keeping documents he shouldn't have, if the allegations are even partially true.

As far as is known, Schiff, and Willis have not been charged with crimes.

It will matter to an imparital judge, if charges are brought in bad faith or if there isn't evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed.

Exculpatory evidence must be brought forward before it even gets to a jury. It is direct evidence of innocence. If Halligan withheld that evidence, she could be in some deep sh!t. If Halligan doesn't have such evidence, but the defense does, the case could be kicked before it even gets to a jury.
