This is the problem that a lot of Americans don't realize. They think people in some countries have a higher quality of life.

For example in Afghanistan, even in the nicer areas, power, water, etc... just are not things. People don't care about gas prices, nobody has cars. It is hard to threaten the quality of life of people that live in remote farms with zero modern utilities.

Vietnam, similar thing. Iraq, was a bit more developed, but still nothing like the West.

As for good guys. It is an illegal war that was started for no just reason. We are the bad guys here. Iran did not attack us. Iran is not a threat to us. Iran are probably not the good guys either, but we 100% are not.

If you think people in Tehran, 14 million of them, don't have quality of life, you perhaps should Google "Tehran Skyline" and see what images pop up. But sure, I guess they will barely notice when the lights don't come on and just carry on with their day. Laughable.

We can just choose to disagree on "no just reason", I already posted all the incidents of Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, The Houthis attacking US Personnel and our allies over the last 50 years. Fighting them over nuclear development, I'll pay a lot higher gas prices and food prices if that is what it takes.

If you think we are the bad guys, just leave. Canada wants your type I am sure. Hell they changed their National Anthem to be more "inclusive", wtf! Why not move to the UK, France or Spain. I do hear they're having problem with sourcing jet fuel,. Man, it sure is nice to produce our own. Frankly, I don't know how you can even look at yourself in the mirror as a US Citizen. For your own mental health, you should move. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out and drop your passport in the shred bin located to your left.

Totally agree
History not kind to the USA regarding the Vietnam War
What a huge mistake
History will not be kind to the USA regarding the Iran war
What a huge mistake

If you want to go back through history, go even earlier, 1950s... What did we do in 1953 to the Democratically (and popular) government that started this whole drama?

Trust me, on Iran, we are 100% the bad guy if you want to do historical calculations.

The fact that you want people to leave the country for pointing out transgressions is quite on point for your type of person.

I personally would love to move to a new country. Unfortunately, my wife has a job that is license based, and getting a license in another country is challenging. The UK I would love generally, though a little cold for me. Probably some British territories in the Carribean would be decent. Though if a nuclear war starts we do have some countries in mind and some plans in place, and at that point, we would not be worried about finding good jobs first.

Also, internationally moving is not easy. You can't just "move" to a new country, it is often a many years process like coming here is. The only countries you can quickly move to, are countries nobody would want to move to.

It's hilarious that Trumpers want americans to leave America because they are having a meltdown due to criticism of their dear leader
Talk about a cult
I'd consider moving to Thailand
I have a friend I grew up with in MD that moved to California as an adult
He is now retired in Thailand
I follow him on Facebook
He seems really happy
Posts about all aspects of his life
Friendly people and a very cheap cost of living
He loves it

Oh yes. When both my wife and I are retired, we will very unlikely be in the U.S. The idea that America is the greatest place in the world to live, is a silly one. Also, the idea that pointing this out is treasonous is an uneducated one.

There are simply better, safer, and more stable countries to live in. America is good for making money, and not much else at this point.

In other news, Trump just indefinitely extended the ceasefire until Iran presents a good deal. Interesting after two weeks of posting there is no way it will be extended.... That being said, it is still a good thing, hopefully he takes whatever nonsense deal they agree to, so he can declare a win, and this illegal war ends...

I personally would not move to Thailand, or most places in Asia. But, there are many places in the Americas I would live. And, even some places in Europe that I would consider.

Trying to figure out why it is hilarious that I suggest you leave the country while it appears that you hate this country and want to leave as soon as you retire anyway. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. Maybe you can live next door to The Village Idiot in Thailand. Great times indeed, happy for you two. Laughable.
