On a whim I tried mixing plain Greek yogurt (Chobani, non-fat, zero sugar) with my home made peanut butter (with peanut oil, zero sugar) and chocolate syrup (Hershey's low-cal, low-ish sugar).

Amazing!
Amazing? Puzzling.
yogurt should have some sugar because that is what bacteria feed on. Also why are you ingesting BOTH a high calcium product AND anything that is chocolate? Your body absorbs calcium but not in the presence of chocolate, so why eat both? The chocolate may taste good but it negates the effect of calcium being absorbed to repair your bones.

Make sure your peanut oil comes from peanuts, not from Mexico or any where in South East Asia where an additive to peanut oil is allowed by law.

Okay, y'all know I can't do math.
So how many grams is 12,500 milligrams? And how many cranberries would that be?

I'm trying to figure out if I should buy fresh or canned cranberries or if I should buy cranberry capsules.

12-1/2 grams. What's the matter with you? Drugs are almost always measured in metric.

You are making an assumption based on facts not in evidence; I've never had any 'connection'.

I ain't no Commie Hippie Druggie type agoin' to Deadhead concerts (or any rock concerts) and smokin' weed, lazing 'bout all day and grinning like an idiot. I have a deficit in my wallet, not in my head.

On what basis do you say that? Is it just that you think a fellow gourmand is a good credit risk?
