Times have changed. Republican senators support those that break the law. You can't follow the easy rules to fly, you should be on a no fly list. It's absurd to attack a flight attendant, get kicked off and fly another airline. Punish these clowns.

I say just fly private. I have flown private many many times and not once was i forced to wear a mask.

Like flying your own Cessna, or paying a company to fly you in a private plane that they own?

With all the money they will save from buying masks, just charter a plane. Most of my flying private was on company planes.

I just watched the video, nothing about having a permit even came up. I am not saying what happened is right, but this summary completely twists the circumstance.

The officer appeared to become fearful when she did not turn off her car (that is when he drew the gun) and made a phone call. And, did not point the gun until she refused to get out. Again, not saying its right, but nothing to do with her having a permit. She did not even had over her license (until after the incident), so he would have no way of knowing if she did or not have a permit by ID (if that State even does that). It looks like he saw something when she was going through her wallet, because he suddenly shifted gears from overly polite to aggressive.

My guess is her confrontational attitude combined with something he saw or thought he saw as she was going through her wallet sparked the change of gear.

Also, the fact that he had a ride along probably played a factor, he may have been less tolerant because he did not want to endanger the passenger. She was certainly not acting optimally on a traffic stop.
