Whites do, too: fortunately "killing for amusement" is somewhat rare. It's the garden variety crimes such as armed robbery, assault, and murder that seem to attract blacks like moths to a flame. |

Armed Robbery and Assault are now knocked down to misdemeanors in Manhattan. DA refuses to prosecute as a felony. He won with 83% of the vote, after he promised to do just that. The dirtbag who gave that woman a feces facial and shampoo will ultimately be tried for a misdemeanor. |

This understandably pissed off the Portland cops, and many quit, leading to the blacks in stumptown to going on an essentially unchecked killing spree. |
