So what is the reason for trade agreements if only giant corps gain, and everybody except for the lowest wage in the world wins?

This is part of an extended, currency war, a cold war, and possibly a hot war.

China is ready.

Football is a multi million dollar business and a great source of alumni donations. Covering up the antics of the "students" on the football team is a small price to pay for all those millions of dollars. Everyone knows their classes are watered down and their grades inflated. Its a business decision, not an academic one.

I really do not know who to blame more in this, the NFL or the government who just threw the money away.

of Venezuela? It was one of the richest countries
in S America just a few years ago. Then oil went
down and now they're going down.

I know a guy on a gambling forum from there. He
speaks VG English. 7-8 years ago he hated the US
and capitalism, and adored his communist/socialist
country. It was doing great then. Now that it's money
has been devalued 92% and it costs the equivalent
of $170 to buy a hamburger, he hates the US even
more. We had the audacity to go after our own oil
and made prices plummet. You can't please this
guy.

Now the cities are starving. Lines for food go
around the block, and half the time the food trucks
are redirected to the military to feed the troops.
Chavez took none of the billions that were rolling
in and spent it on diversifying the business climate.
Instead he shut them down or the gov't took them
over. The oil boom was supposed to last forever.

These are daily scenes of people waiting for food
in lines at supermarkets. Civil war is just around the
corner. Again.

Been following it, and it is no surprise. Chavez bought power at the cost of firing anyone who knew how to do anything. Similar to Stalin and the purges but without the murders. He bought the masses off with free stuff and blamed the USA as a convenient straw man. It lasted his lifetime, but anyone could see the fall was coming.

Meanwhile in the USA the Sanders supporters want that system here!

Low oil prices seem to have affected a great many countries though none as extremely as it seems to have affected Venezuela. Things must have been really bad though for currency to have undergone such a terrible jolt. I think there was a separatist movement for awhile and smuggling problems. Oil bribes are common world wide. People get the government they tolerate.
