Yes, he was being "kicked around" for no reason (including being bashed by gas cans.)

If you are going to claim he is resisting arrest, we have multiple unedited slow motion angles, just break down one of them and timestamp where he was resisting...

Holy cow, you have to be kidding. I guess it shows that someone could look at a video of anything and claim that your eyes are lying to you. Something like 6 guys are trying to get control of that guy and he's wrestling them ... no doubt not doing anything they are telling him to do. Name a timestamp? each and every second of any video, sir! You are truly the only person I know who could even think of claiming he wasn't struggling against them

To my knowledge, no reputable news organization is saying that. Nor are they coming up with the below in any news feed I found, still. Which, I'll repeat, makes me think it is doctored.

What's funny is yet again I find myself being cast as somebody who approves of what the ICE officers did. I just want to debunk things that are not true, and not be afraid of saying what I think... namely, that the guy was a fool for resisting when he had a gun

Furthermore I think ICE should have left town long ago. I also think they are poorly trained for this particular circumstance, dealing with protestors. I also think that no one should have been shot, but maybe I should just say "I suspect" so. I also think the local police could have been there helping de-escalate things, but were told not to

I like this post. It’s kind of like the whole ‘Trump bad’ thing. You can generally agree with most of what a lefty believes but point out an inconsistency and you become a MAGGOT, a Trumper, a racist, a fascist…..

To be clear…. You can point out good things Trump has done without being a ‘Trump supporter’.
You (me, actually) can point out Trump’s failings without being ‘a disgusting liberal’.

You can point out the errors the dead man made without suggesting the ICE shooter was justified.

I would love to run an experiment, where people have to judge whether someone is resisting, or not, and if anyone can really tell what is going on.

The guy was neither assaulting them or running away when they grabbed him. They can see a gun but can't see he is leaning down to help the woman pushed down.

Here's my guess, however I don't excuse these keystone cop officers at all.
