I may have to get me a pressure cooker.

I have two up north, but they are 16 quart and not a handy size to cook with.

Also have a free standing double cooker that will run two canners at once. Nice to have good tools.

Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ground up pork rinds, an egg, dried parsley and Dill, have to leave it in the fridge 4 hours so you can make patties out of it and coat in more bread crumbs and fry it.

I had pan seared scallops tonight. Side of lasagna. Chocolate truffle for dessert. Yum.

I really miss shellfish. My wife is allergic to shellfish and can't even be near it. I can't have any in the house or order it if she is at the same table. The last time I ordered a lobster bisque at a restaurant they took the wife out by ambulance. Yes, i finished it before heading to the hospital.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.
