I knew him more for Wonder Woman than Carol Burnett.

Me too.

I heard he and Linda Carter didn't get along well behind the scenes.

I think he was remembered more for being handsome than for being an actor. Still 13 feature films and four decades on television. It could be much worse.

Ok
Still dont remember
That cast was dripping with talent
Carol was so talented but her cast was also very talented and could easily and often steal scenes from her. Harvey Korman, Tim Conway, Vicki Lawrence. Wow

I agree, maybe one of the best shows ever.
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

Oh no! I liked him and his music. I know the words to so many of his songs. When I was a kid, I would crank call people, saying "Hello (insert name randomly chosen from phone book), you have a singing telegram, ... " Then I would start singing You Picked a Fine Time to Leave me Lucille. I remember one woman started singing along with me.

This is probably a lousy time to die as you'll get so little media attention.

RIP Kenny. If there's a train to the other side, I hope to sit next to you and share a sip of whiskey while I tell you which cards to throw away and which cards to keep in video poker. At this point, he will probably move to another seat.

What happened to all the Restaurants?
At one time, they were everywhere, even a whole Seinfeld episode

I remember when Rogers was with
the New Christy Minstrels that
later turned into New Edition.

I know this thread is meant for celebrity deaths, but I'd like to make an exception today to remember a friend.

Here is what I wrote on Facebook.

Quote:
Today I mourn the loss of Hal Bjune, who died quietly at about 6:00 AM today in Palm Springs.

Hal was born and raised in Norway. Later, he immigrated to the United States, where had his own general contracting business. In his spare time, Hal was an avid bicyclist and license plate collector. It was in the world of license plates that we met and became good friends.

Hal was a very happy and outgoing person. In the circle of license plate collectors, he was very well known and liked. He enjoyed putting together license plate displays, many of which I now own and can be found at various museum and DMV offices.

Sadly, Hal developed dementia a few years ago. It is a terrible way to go. This picture was that last time I saw Hal, six months ago, at his "memory care" facility in Palm Springs.

May you and I not suffer his fate, but instead die quickly and with dignity.
