I doubt he realizes the USA gives a more accurate even inflated count. What Trump has to do with the china virus who knows. He is infatuated with the guy. The President is a fink. |

I remember one libbie said this to you: "For a guy who doesn't seem to care for the gay lifestyle, you spend more time than one would think in the gay thread. Maybe you should ask yourself some questions." So let's turn the tables: "For a guy who doesn't seem to care for Trump, he spends more time than one would think talking about Trump. Maybe he should ask himself some questions." Hmm........... 🤔 |

In case you didn't notice Drudge turned full time Libbie the day Trump was elected. I have't gone there is years and I used to visit several times a day. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

I didn’t notice. But glad it’s possible for awful people like Drudge to see the light! “A straight man will not go for kids.” - AZDuffman |

He's always leaned Left, but went all the way after Trump. He's NY Jewish, they're always Dems. If you take a risk, you may lose. If you never take a risk, you will always lose. |

RonC Member since: Nov 7, 2012 Threads: 8 Posts: 2510 | The reports coming out of the Medical Center here in Houston were sensationalized just a bit. Those hospitals, the best in the business, consistently run from 70%-80% full this time of year. They are where you take Granny when two other hospitals could not take care of an infected hip replacement because the best doctors practice there. They were reported as being full, but they aren't full of Covid patients in critical condition; the spike has added to their count but is not the primary reason behind it. They still have surge capacity for Covid remaining. The situation is always going to vary because different population centers will have issues as things progress. The local hospitals are often on "drive by" for emergencies...that has gone on forever. This spike in cases is something that I expected to happen. All kinds of stuff happened around Memorial Day that brought people together. Bars opened up and people did not wear masks. The challenge is to keep the economy running so people have jobs and can pay their bills while keeping as many people from getting the virus as possible. People can't just be locked at home forever... The good thing is that we continually get better at treatment of the virus and outcomes are getting better overall. |
