His dementia has removed his filter, the thing that keeps us from saying whatever comes into our heads. Biden was born in 1943. He remembers all the racism in the late 40's and all thru the 50's. He used to be a racist and obviously still is. Blacks have their place, in his mind, and they better not try and move from it. Why are they letting him take questions that he has no rehearsed answer for. It's political suicide for a candidate with dementia to say whatever he wants.
