If you are still in the Louisville area will you be going to Churchill Downs?
At my age a Life In Prison sentence is not much of a detrrent.

But
Racing season at Churchill isn't for a couple of weeks

I have never been there but would definitely take in a race if it was in season.

Pretty impressive up close
No way I'm going up. Too crowded in such a small space.
Instead
Going to Cards vs Mets Wed
Noon start

You're in St. Louis, home of one of my favorite YouTubers, "618 fishing."

He goes fishing only at spillways within a couple hour drive.

Lots of big catfish, bowfin, bass and (ewww) carp.

Yes, the arch is much bigger in person than the sense you get for it on TV or in pictures.

I enjoyed Grant's farm in St. Louis but the Anheuser-Busch tour was pretty lame. One of the hotels I stayed in there you could watch the baseball game out the window from your room.

I was interested in Grant's farm but only open on weekends. May still stop by for the nearby Grant house which is open everyday
Really looking forward to a live baseball game under the sun
